Property emergencies can happen at any time. SVN Strata’s after-hours emergency response service provides support for urgent common property matters outside normal business hours, escalating where required to the appropriate trades, emergency services or council representatives.

Our objective is to ensure urgent matters are escalated appropriately and addressed as quickly as reasonably possible.
