Similarly, feedback in relation to where your expectations have not been met are also important to us. In the first instance, any grievance should be directed to the Strata Manager of your building as this can often quickly clarify and resolve any issues. However, if you are not satisfied after speaking to your Strata Manager, rest assured that there are further avenues to progress your complaint upon contacting our office.
