Overseeing the overall Strata management of your property will be an allocated Senior Strata Manager, funds will be managed in conjunction with our Strata Trust Account Manager and these two professionals will be supported by the Strata Administration team.

Communication:

Our firm continually look to improve the relationship we hold with our property partners, ongoing and regular communication between all parties is integral in this process. The opportunity for the council of owners to meet with their Strata Management team can be facilitated through our office and is encouraged.

Should issues arise between parties the Management team are happy to take feedback and facilitate ongoing improvements to our systems and the communication methods to ensure ongoing satisfaction for clients.
